People Suck

Hi! Everyone! Jemima Jones Beck here. Today Mom, Dad, and I went for a walk in Bear Creek State Park (which was fun) but when we got back to Dad's Jeep, Bella, we discovered that some horrible person had broken into it and taken Dad's tool boxes! How lame is that? How much does that person suck? A lot, I think. A thousand steaming Great Dane poops upon him! Anyways...here are some pictures from our walk...Here's me. I'm so cute!

And here's Dad. He looks pretty happy to be out on a walk with me, don't you think? But pretty, like, NORMAL, too right? Not overly excited or anything...

And here's a picture of Mom who looks...ummm...a little TO excited to be out for a walk. Like maybe I need to take her out more or something.

Hairy Balls

Hi! Everyone! Jemima Jones Beck here. Thanks to everyone who commented on my last post to tell me that no, in fact I was NOT having an ugly day. The number of comments that I received on the subject made me think that Mom may be correct when she tells me that there is no such thing as an ugly day - it is all in our heads!

Anyways, Mom and Grandma Andrea went to the Denver Botanic Gardens this weekend and Mom took a picture of these plants (see second image) that, I kid you not, are called "Hairy Balls"...Hmmmm that name reminds me of my brothers for some reason, but I am not sure why...!

Salt and Pepper

Hi! Everyone! Jemima Jones Beck here.
There are two new pugs hanging around our house that I want to introduce you all to!
Here they are: Everyone, I am pleased to introduce Salt and Pepper!
Aren't they cute?
They were a birthday gift from Mom's old friend, Jessica. Jessica seems to know that Mom likes pugs.
Here's a back view of Salt and Pepper - they have curly tails, just like me!
So far Salt and Pepper don't seem to want to play with me all that much, but I am sure that I can change that soon using my puggy charm!

Random Stuff

Hi! Everyone! Jemima Jones Beck here.
Mom and I haven't written in a while because nothing to incredibly exciting has happened lately...Mom still hasn't found a job, there have been no more major spider sightings, and nobody has had a birthday.
Mom did take me to the dog park this morning and snapped this picture of me looking back and her in a "hurry up" manner while we were there.
Mom also took this picture of a leaf. Thrilling, I know.
And this picture of some yellow weeds. Again, thrilling.
Now this picture shows something that actually was exciting - Grandma Andrea and Leo bought a case of Colorado peaches on a recent trip through the Palisade area and Grandma Andrea invited Mom and me over to help her make peach pies.
They look pretty good, don't they? Grandma Andrea looks pleased with them at the very least.
