Mom has Ditched Me!

Hi! Everyone! Jemima Jones Beck here.
Well, guess what? Mom has ditched me to go to work today!
Can you believe that? I didn't think that she would actually do it! I mean, how many times has Mom started a new job in the last five years? You would think that she would be tired of it by now and just stay home.
I suspect Dad of encouraging her.
Oh well. This job only lasts until June, and hopefully, by June, I will have discovered a way to keep Mom at home, walking around Sloan's Lake, and at the dog park with me all the time! Mwahahahaha (evil pug laugh).

Whenever I decide that it is time for my walk, I jump up on one of our chairs and get right in Mom's face with my "please walk me now" puggy dog eyes. It usually works because I am so cute.

The Best Mattress in the House

Recently, I mentioned to you all that Dad's lap is the best seat in the house. Well, it turns out that Dad's back is pretty much the most comfortable mattress in the place as well! Mom and Dad were laying on the floor playing Scrabble the other night when Netty and I figured this out.

Super Bad News

Oh my gosh everyone, I have some super bad news! Mom has just informed me that she has gotten a job! Can you believe that? Mom is planning on ditching me all day, every day to go to some office! The nerve of her!
The good news is that this is only a temporary job, so it will only last until June. I suppose that I can deal with being without Mom much until then...if I HAVE to.

Blogger Meetup in Las Vegas

Hi! Everyone! I have been a very bad puggy blogger lately! Very bad indeed since I have not visited with you all since October 22nd! I blame Mom. Mom is being very bad about helping me with the blog lately! So, let's all BLAME MOM!
Anyways, last week Mom and Dad ditched me to go to Las Vegas for the little blogger meetup that we have been planning on for the last couple of months. They ended up having to leave early to make the drive to Vegas because of the HUGE snowstorm that practically shut down Denver mid week. That was OK because I got to spend a lot of time with my Aunt Tyka at Grandma Marlane and Grandpa Steve's house but I was really sad to miss meeting Sandra, and her husband Gilbert, from PUGnetwork and Leah, and her husband Jason, from Leah's Blog.
Apparently, Mom and Dad had a really great time meeting everyone for dinner, lunch, and breakfast!
Oddly enough, the only pictures that Mom took this trip were of the bloggers. I have included one below!
