Hi! Everyone!
Jemima Jones Beck here wishing you a happy November. This month sure is a squishy, wet month. Mostly because we have had totally bi-polar weather here in Colorado...freezing and snowy one day, and 70 degrees and sunny the next.
Mom and Dad have been super busy working on buying a house. They are thinking that THIS time they might actually successfully purchase one: the that they are under contract on has successfully passed inspection and been appraised for quite a bit over the selling price, and Mom and Dad's loan has been underwritten and executed. All that they have to do now is show up at closing with "a butt ton of money".
Mom and Dad are also busy getting ready to leave on their "We Hate Thanksgiving Because it is a Super Stressful and Awkward Holiday So We Are Avoiding It" trip. I just hope that they bring me back something nice.
